anybody ever tried the leupold cds on a .22lr shooting standard/subsonic velos??? just wondering how accurate the drops will be. thinking about trying one out on the trusty CZ-452 American.

Way too much scope for 22lr, but if you like CDS it will work fine as long as you have correct ballistics for the bullet you are using. Try it and let us know!

Yes but only 50mm non HDs.
40 yds is a about the closest focus on current ones and 15 MOA in a rotation is a bit short.
It will work but I would not purchase that scope for rimfire use.

I have all the sources. They can't stop the signal.
The trouble with Reupold,is that they don't/can't track, repeat or hold zero. Add the CDS Goat Fhuqk and the hilarity of a single erector rotation, then the water gets deep fast. The reticles suck and there's nothing mechanically internal,to support or exceed same. Hint.
A "lowly" 6x or 10x MQ Fixed Fhuqker will weigh 20 ounces, offer 10yd parallax to infinity corrections, boast a 10 Mil etched reticle, offer 40+ Mil's of erector and will unerringly track, repeat and hold zero. On a concentric platform,75 MOA is a rather nice union. Hint.
They can take a lick, while Reupold can't/won't/don't. Hint.
Though luckily, the Reupold 4.5-14x is good for some things. Hint.
Just sayin'............
