The video showed a lot more than just the crime. If the victim’s parents cared for their daughter like they should have, she would have never been there to begin with.

This is exactly what Treyvon was doing to George Zimmerman, when Zimmerman pulled a pistol and shot Treyvon dead. Remember Treyvon, he's the one where Obama said "If I had a son he would look like Treyvon."

There was a fight, Treyvon got Zimmerman down, and was just starting to slam Zimmerman's head into the asphalt when Zimmerman fired.
The media made a big deal that the negro was unarmed, but as this video shows the negro was acting with lethal force.

Question: in the pre civil rights South would they have lynched the black girl in this case? I am asking the southerners here specifically.

As bad as lynching is, on general principles, such things generally happened from time to time when a person was known to have gotten off due to some legal technicality, or because they had friends in high positions who made the charges go away, and they happened without regard for the race of the perpetrator in said context, despite what Hollywood teaches us. It wasn't something that just happened to blacks, although it has been made out to have been that.
