Best I’ve found after trying different methods id to simply cut it thin, take a meat hammer and pound it flat/tender, dredge it seasoned flour and fry, basically a schnitzel. Actually really good that way and easy to do camping.
I would fry up some turkey fingers or nuggets. I would probably have some honey mustard dressing in the cooler if I was truck camping. I would use that or bbq sauce for a dip.
