What does 80's pre lock mean for this M-29?
Are the chambers counter sunk or recessed for the rim ?

Had one just like this. Great gun! GLWS! I don't recall mine having recessed chambers. It was very accurate though. I foolishly traded it for a stainless Colt 1911 Govt; the ugly matte stainless 1991 version. It was a good pistol though. It started my 1911 addiction, lol!
