I like them both for various reasons. I tend to go towards Ryan tho, just starting season 3 now. Season 2 meh, they could have done better with the weapons.
Wish they'd do a series with Dirk Pitt - but I imagine the environment creates astronomical costs. I had hoped the Dirk Pitt movie would turn into a series of movies like Bond or Mission Impossible. But, it didn't.

I am not a real fan of either of them. If you view them as a reflection of their creator though, I would pick Jack Ryan. Lee Child has gone full woke and lefty

I only read the first four or five Clancy books. They got to long.
I've probably read 20 Reacher books. They blend together after awhile. Him being a loaner/drifter gets a bit old. Ryan had a wife and kids.
