Asked AI who would win, Jack Reacher vs Jack Ryan….
Answer;
Neither character is a superhero and their relatability stems from their mortality and faith in others. Due to his hulking physique, Reacher would likely beat Ryan in a physical showdown, but due to their morality, it's unlikely that the two would ever come to blows.
Was more curious what the campfire masses would think.

After the first season, I thought that Jack Ryan was super incredibly amazingly stupid. Reacher was never of the highest level, but never yet got that stupid.

I like them both for various reasons. I tend to go towards Ryan tho, just starting season 3 now. Season 2 meh, they could have done better with the weapons.
Wish they'd do a series with Dirk Pitt - but I imagine the environment creates astronomical costs.

I only read the first four or five Clancy books. They got to long.
I've probably read 20 Reacher books. They blend together after awhile. Him being a loaner/drifter gets a bit old. Ryan had a wife and kids.
