I ordered some and checked a few hundred. Every one measured on the money. Weights were decent. Avg 92 out of 100 were spot on. **They may fly like a damn lug nut but I bet they’ll put meat in the skillet and make cheap gong bangers. https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1026084062?pid=816067

Yeah I had to order something from there and bought 600 of them to get my total up to qualify for free shipping. I thought it seemed cheap these days. Any guess what bullet they actually are?

Someone said they were Speer Hot Core’s. They are definitely shaped like them.

IIRC, theses were hotcors made for federal .280 ammo.
Then again, I could be wrong.

I haven't got mine yet. What's that line above the cannelure? Is it actually on the bullets or just the stock photo?

Loaded up several in 7-08. My Tikka really likes them with 49 grs Hunter powder.

I bought a pile of them back in the 90s. My 280 loved them and they killed very well. I always thought they were R-Ps. Of course, they may have been but that doesn't mean the current blems are.

Whatever they are I have 600 of them on the way and about a dozen different 7mms so I bet I can find a use for them. I've always liked basic cup and core bullets for deer. This style bullet to me always seem easy to work with.
