SIL gave me his Dad's 1950s vintage Rem 870 Trap gun. Said he had no use for it or space in his safes. So it got a place in the rack in my vault. Story is that it came out of the R&G Club store at Rammstein AFB, in Germany, new, in the 50s Nice wood and a nice condition for an old 12ga Mod trap gun. That's pretty. I cannot imagine giving away one of my dad's guns. I would have made room for that in my safe even if something else had to sit outside the safe.

Broke my first 25 straight with an 870TB.
Very nice TrapGun that will break targets with the best of them.

I have been shooting my 1975 TB weekly since it was new. Replaced a few parts along the way as they can and will wear out or break. Actually, the only original parts are the bolt, barrel and wood.

The Mc stock was to straight for me, luckily I found a std trap stock for it with no Mc which works way better for me..mb
