Executive Director of the Bill and Hillary Clinton Airport in Arkansas Shot in Head by Federal Agents After Allegedly Opening Fire

Bryan Malinowski, the executive director of the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport, was shot in the head by federal agents on Tuesday following a firefight at his residence in west Little Rock.

Early Tuesday morning, around 6 am, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) agents arrived at the 53-year-old’s home to serve a warrant when they were met with gunfire from within the house ....

Arkansas State Police have confirmed that Malinowski was the individual who fired on the agents, prompting them to return fire.

I read elsewhere that Feds were seen bringing cutting tools and pry bars into the home after the shooting, and then later were seen hauling out lots of firearms.
Has anyone read anything additional? And why raid his house at 6am? Couldn't they just pick him up at the airport where he works?

I read a few things that make me think the guy was an “illegal dealer” under Biden’s new rules. You know, he probably sold a few of his personal firearms. I suspect the ATF wanted to roll up on a relatively high profile guy and make a big splash, at least locally, about it.

And make a big splash they did,… of this guys brain cells all over the place.

He was shot by the Waffen ATF. Not the idiotic and treasonous FBI. 🤪

And if the guy had been a Clinton supporter, he’d have gotten a Medal instead of a bullet.

Mr. Malinowski, the man that was shot had previously been in quite a protracted legal dispute with a neighbor over the placement of a mailbox. Mr. Malinowski lost the lawsuit after a jury trial.

Some allegations that he might have been selling guns seized at the airport. Who knows?

Matthew Malinowski, the older brother of Bryan Malinowski, says the agents broke down the door of his brother's home and shot him in the head with a high caliber rifle. The family can't understand why.

"The ATF burst into his house, and they did it in a manner that was the most dangerous combination possible." Matthew Malinowski told WFMZ-TV in Pennsylvania. "The easiest way to have taken care of this situation - the most common way - would be to wait until he gets in his car, pull over and arrest him. Or you wait until he comes to work and you arrest him there."

He said nothing short of the presence of a "weapon of mass destruction" inside the home should have triggered that type of raid.

He also spoke about his brother's condition inside an undisclosed Little Rock hospital.

"We just talked to the doctor, you know, there was a large mass of his brains gone. And when that much has gone, just the shot of the bullet going through the brain turns the brain to mush anyway," said Matthew Malinowski. "So it's irrelevant at that point, you know, the whole brain is pretty much disabled... There was a gunfight, and he suffered the majority of it, and he's well-loved, and now he's brain dead."

Was buying from dealers and reselling at gun shows. ATF has been tracking him for a while.

If you are a cop and want to cause a shootout there isn't a much better way than to forcefully invade a home while it's dark outside. I thought they had learned not to do this.

Yep, he was buying lots of guns through legal channels and then selling them at gun shows while apparently following the rules. That's why they murdered him.

Ever wonder why both the ATF and FBI show up before daylight and scare the crap out of people? They should just arrest you when you leave your house or at work. I think every knows the reason.

It's so they can be scared, shoot you and your dog and still "go home safe at the end of their shift".

It seems to have gone like this in the planning meeting. "We have this man we are going to arrest and search his house. What is the way to handle this to assure that he thinks he is being robbed by home invasion".

"That way we can kill him when he takes a shot at what he thinks are criminal home invaders". ''Merrick Garland will never prosecute us and the state can't take the case, we will be home free".

Tactics like that are likely to create evidence to support the ATF's claims. You need the ATF to protect you from dangerous criminals like this and the evidence they are dangerous criminals is that they shoot at the ATF. Just like other high profile ATF actions like Ruby Ridge and Waco, this could have been easily resolved with no bloodshed at all but that might have made the targets of those actions look like something other than sociopathic lunatics.

Exactly! And notice in all the above mentioned cases, ALL were white! Had they been some other color, the media would have been out off their minds in support for the 'shooties' and not the 'shooters'!
