Ruger #3 that appeared to be a project gun, rebarreled to 32-40. Heavy contour Douglas barrel, forearm changed to include a rail. Think it was going to be a schuetzen type rifle? Not sure if the Redfield 6400 should be part of the package. Any idea what the interest or value would be in this?

There was a #1 with a fairly heavy 32-40 barrel on GI a while back for $1500. Can't recall if it came with glass on it or not.
