Yes.
Different brands, and even different production lots of the same brand of brass can have different volumes because wall thickness and demensions can and often does vary between manufacturers and production lots.
Some brand/lots can have more variable wall thickness within a single piece of brass. In other words wall thickness on one side of the brass can be different than the other side of the brass.
The wall thickness of brass can be measured at the neck at, say, 3 or 4 places around the neck using a tube micrometer.
Different brands are known to have more wall thickness consistency than other brands.
If loading a different brand of brass, back off the powder charge a bit then work up again.
