The old, worn walnuts came on it, and I made a pair of Corian fake ivory grips to replace the beater walnuts maybe 15 years ago. I built them more like the second and third series Woodsman grips with the little 'ears' on them. this is what it looked like before throwing the camo Franzite's on... Got a herd of the damn things that eat anything not made of steel on the tractor out at the farm. Last year they ate the plastic off the battery until it had a hole and the water leaked out.

We would take it out to the dump and shoot rats, cans or anything else that caught our attention. That gun pointed like your index finger and with a little practice it was easy to hit thrown cans. NRA Life,Endowment,Patron or Benefactor since '72.

Or just using either thumb on a one handed grip. They've seemed to adjust just fine, just as they have with the 1911's and single-side safeties.
