At Walmart, Lonoke, Arkansas, today, looking for bread. Disappointed with Wonder Bread because after a couple of days it would start to mold. To my surprise they had Bimbo bread. First time that I have seen it in Central Arkansas for four plus years. I have not tried it yet, to see if the quality is as good as it used to be. Until then, I am glad to see it back. miles

Bimbo is a bakery brand. Largest in the US and operations in 34 countries.

They own Sara Lee, Entenmanns, Bay Park Hotdog buns, Bays English Muffins, Boboli, etc

easy enough to just make your own bread. And at a fraction of the cost. And get a far superior product.

I barely have time and energy to cook for myself, let alone make bread. Except cornbread, which with milk, can and has been a meal many times in my life. miles

here's a trick for you...buy the loaf...take it home, and immediately put in the freezer. Take out tomorrow morning and your bread will last 10-14 or more days. Yes sir, you are welcome.

Get a bread maker.

Toss the ingredients in it. push the start button for the type of bread you're making.

wham bam thank you modern technology...................hot fresh bread in about 3.5 hours.

Wife usually takes ours out using the dough cycle and bakes it in the oven during the cooler months.

We haven't bought a loaf from the store in so long I can hardly remember the last time I had any store bought bread. And we eat a lot of bread, I'm Italian/Irish and grew up with bread at every meal .

Mexican guy that owns (or started?) the company is one of the richest dudes in the world as I recall. I think they just had Bimbo in TX back when I was in the industry out here, then they gradually started buying up other bakeries in other States and now look at them

Made this loaf of Ancient Seed Bread last night all done by hand and a Kitchen Aide Mixer, no bread maker machine, it took me 15 minutes to make, less time then to drive to the store.

I have not bought a loaf of bread in many years

Find a good bakery.

Natures Own is pretty good.
