Black integrated base rings. Not a one piece system.
One ring is stamped “1M” and the other is “3M”.
What rifle(s) are these for? I cannot find a parts chart.

Yes, I believe they are the same. I was thinking they are the same. I had a Vanguard 6.5 creed. It was very accurate, gave it to a police officer that lost everything in Harvey flood down here years ago. He found me a hell of a deal on a 700 classic a few years later.
