OP bbassi Campfire Outfitter B Joined: Feb 2009 Posts: 10,953 Likes: 4	I picked up a old wool felt Jägermeister hat at a church sale this summer and wore it to one of our local traditional shoots. I caught some good natured ribbing for it but told my buds I was going to shoot a deer wearing it this fall. Well Tonight this old boy decided to commit suicide and let me make that brag come true. I'll spare you the details but let's just say it wasn't my best performance but I got the job done. In the process a trail camera I forgot I hung caught one of the coolest pictures I personally have ever gotten. First buck for the new Widow. Excuse the poor attempt at a selfie They say everything happens for a reason. For me that reason is usually because I've made some bad decisions that I need to pay for.

I'm comfortable out to about 20 and most of my shots are 15 or under so I'll keep shooting it. I'm off to PA Monday. If I score there I'll head to OH for the possible trifecta.
