Glad they are fine. Live in a small town here, and I'm always uncomfortable when I'm forced into a city. Did Boise last night and just did not like it when I had to herd our dog out at about 10:30 PM for his last run of the day. I'd feel perfectly safe out on the Alaska tundra.

I have few occasions to be in a crowded group, but I've decided its time to start carrying, for a number of reasons. This adds to it.
Sad that its come to this Same here, except I’ve been carrying all the time since I retired 14 years ago. Got one on my belt while sitting here on my reclining couch, and after I shower and put on my sweat pants, it goes in the pocket of those. Except for the rare trips into government buildings where carrying could get me into real trouble, I ignore all those gun-free zone signs, and here the worst trouble that can bring is a simple trespassing charge, and that only if I get caught and refuse to leave. I was in my bank a few years back dealing with the manager and mentioned their no guns policy. She smiled and said hers was in her purse…….
What fresh Hell is this?
