You're doing something we don't like and there's no Law against it, but we want one!!!!
Much like the so called Tax Loopholes that the rich use to pay less taxes......
If it's Law or Code it's not a loophole.
BTW the judge is an Obama appointee....
Right. The so called gun show loophole isn't a loophole. It's an intentional protection of the right of gun owners to buy and sell with each other without involving any aspect of government.
Honestly, please tell me WTF the FEDGOV does for me, why should it continue to exist in this state. Explain it to me like I take experimental gene modification injections under waiver of compensation in case of injury...
They create millions of jobs for people who want the citizens to pay them a large pension. While joe average gets enough to scrape by on ice-water & blony sammichs .

The burden of legality to own a gun should be on the buyer not the seller. The seller should ask for valid ID to establish age and residency. Once that is established, seller should have no further duty in the matter. The law really is crystal clear.
Do you suppose age was a factor in gun ownership or usage in the early days of our country?

Although I deplore this egregious example of Fed agency overreach, I think there is some hysteria and over reaction to the new rule. Reading the actual text of section B, it's fairly clear that we are still covered under FOPA 1985, AND IT'S DEFINITIONS of casual firearms transactions, which specifically state the exceptions for private owners. You wanna load up your motorhome with guns, hit the road, do several shows a year, renting tables and selling and buying without a license...you could be in trouble. If you liquidate an estate for the unrelated widow next door...you may get in trouble, if you accept money or trade for doing it. If you hit 2 or 3 shows a year, looking to liquidate an inheritance, or upgrading your personal collection...looks to me like you are covered under FOPA 1985.
And shame on the promoter for canceling the Missoula show. Eager compliance from fear and ignorance enables the Feds to shove this crap down our throats.

Well this is a fine pickle we're in, should'a listened to Joe McCarthy and George Orwell I guess.

Private individuals do not have the financing the fight governments with unlimited resources (read...citizen taxes who have 2A rights) to fight these battles in court. And despite FOPA 1985, legally correct gunshow folks don't wanna go bankrupt winning their case.
…and Bidet is putting some new regulation out every day and claims Trump’s joke about being “dictator for a day” to means Trump is going to declare himself a dictator for life. 😢
Bidet is trying to put in place as many new regulations as he can because I think he and his handlers are realizing they can’t get all the crazy chit through Congress and they don’t have much longer to make things happen.

Actually, there is no constitutional age or residency requirement to possess a firearm. All gun laws are unconstitutional until the Constitution is changed.
