Well worth the wait if they are not in stock.

You can make your own from your own, not quite flush but you can carry it añd it will fit in a scabbard with the mag in.
Just Google "Shortening a Mini Howa magazine". I've done my 6.5G and it works well. It is almost as if Howa designed the mag to be shortened.

Getting rid of the Dog Schit OEM plastic bottom and greatly increasing COAL,while gaining Flushtitude is HUGE. Hint.
I have ALL the Mini Carbon T-shirts and JO V2 has NO equal, nor is anything else even “close”. Hint.
Just sayin’………….

I am currently working on a magazine body that will be a replacement for the factory Howa magazine body. You will utilize the factory bottom howa plate and the internals. This will just make everything fit tight to the stock. I also currently make 223 Tikka T3/T3X mags. https://www.24hourcampfire.com/ubbt...2-55-oal-magazines-for-sale#Post19382159

The trouble with the Howie,is that the OEM bottom “metal” is absolute plastic Dog Schit junk. Hint.
JO V2 or bust(literally). Hint.
Just sayin’……….

JO and IIRC DIP, make alloy replacements for the Howa plastic guard and accept factory mags, and presumably yours as well. No experience with either as both mine have JO units.
What fresh Hell is this?

JO's replacement bottom metal that uses the factory mags is the way to go if you must have DBM. While playing with a 350 Legend mini it's what I ended up doing since JO's bdl/mag box is a no go with the 350.
AscensionIndustries' mags with JO's detachable bm might be nice. If it will work with the 350, I'll give it a try.

AscensionIndustries' mags with JO's detachable bm might be nice. If it will work with the 350, I'll give it a try. I went with his CZ mag unit for my .223. It accepts the 3-round flush M mags as well as the ones that stick out, and the mags are nice blued steel. The 527 is no more, so eventually the mags will disappear, but I have enough. Haven’t run into any COAL issues, but I usually shoot pingpong balls and my loads may end up in a number of different rifles, so I keep them to standard length, mostly. Was actually kind of an experiment as I already had his hinged unit on my Grendel. Either classes up the Minis no end…..

When I die I hope I don't start voting democrat.

I’ve toyed with the notion of acquiring a .350 barreled action to swap out with one of my Minis, probably the Carbon .223. If they ever make it in SS, I might not be able to stifle the urge.
