Also worth pointing out is their Sightron SII TARGET 36x42 BRD - Target Dot .125, Made in Japan - The SII 36x42 BRD Competition Scope puts all the required features in an affordable package. The adjustable objective has 720 degrees of fine focus adjustment and will focus from 45 feet to infinity. The 42mm objective comes with a locking ring for precise objective placement and prevents objective movement under recoil. The capped target knobs provide positive audible click adjustments in 1/8 MOA and are resettable to zero. The scope uses a fine cross hair reticle with a .125 MOA dot. will that 1.75-5 S1 hold up to heavy kickers? I've been using the same bushnell on a slug gun since Reagan was in office (actually) and its finally starting to show its age. But it holds zero.

Yes, this scope will hold up to the recoil from a slug gun without any issues.

I have one of the 1.75-5 S1 - absolute sleeper of a wee scope. So nice to look through with good reticle for the tight stuff and the eyebox is just excellent.
