Here's my situation. I started shooting NRA centerfire silhouette again and would like to shoot in the service rifle class in addtion to my Hunter class rifle.

I have a pre64 M70 in 30-06 that is a VERY good shooter. I have confidence that it will shoot master class scores if I do my part.

Rather than run out and spend the $$$$$$$$$ on a new Springfield Super match and find out that my aging eyes are not cooperating with iron sights I thought that I would install a set of quality irons on the '06 and shoot it for a season and make up my mind from there.

Any recomendations from the highpower crowd that may help me, please.

Cheers, 284

Otto Weber has some excellent sights avail. I use an old Swenson rear sight and a Tiger front on my Model 70 match rifle, with good results.
