Bought this from LUV2SAFARI. Fantastic rifle, but I'm going to winnow my calibers down to the 375 H&H and 30-06/308 and similar. BRNO VZ 24 action 9,3 is up for sale. It has Leupold base and rings, Bold trigger, Bauska medium weight barrel, Bell & Carlson stock. I shot it with 63.5 grains of H4350 and 270 grain Speers, and it is very accurate. http://www.24hourcampfire.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=2085660I'd like $560 + shipping with Lyman dies and 20 brass and the remaining box of 270 speers (I think 34 remain). I don't remember (probably the B&C pad), but the gun is butter smooth and drives tacks! You can't put one together like this gun for anywhere close to the price.

Sell or forget the Whelen. The 9.3x62 is much more cartridge and bullet selection is plentiful. This is a heck of a deal, I'd grab it if I didn't have a CZ 550 in this caliber.

I have a Swede Husky in 9.3 X62 ..after i purchased this rifle ,I got rid of My Mod. 70 30-06 ,Custom Mauser in 375 H&H, Ruger 77 in 338 Mag.,Win. 94 in 444, and my 45/70 is collecting dust ...thats a great rifle ,cartridge.and deal...

FWIW folks, I put together a tackdriver clone of the above rifle. I'm into it over $1100 and I did a lot of the work myself, so this is a great deal.

Come on guys, this is a SWEET deal! It's like buying an action and trigger and getting the barrel, stock, rings/base and labour to put it all together for free. If my funds weren't tied up with other projects, this would have been gone long ago. Someone please buy this rifle!

If you can do your part, this rifle shoots through the same hole. It was redundant in my safe, and I had drillings to buy. Otherwise, DW never would have gotten it. Someone must need a good .366...
