The Roll X incubator is indeed an excellent set-up but terribly expensive as you can see.
Twas me I'd recommend a Hova-bator. Several versions exist including many replacement parts.
Every year I try to get catalogs from Murray McMurray Hatchery, and Stromberg's Pets. (you'll need to google them)
I won't say to buy from them as they're terribly expensive but one can learn a lot just studying their catalogs.
Also G.Q.F. out of South Carolina might be worth learning about too.
Plus several southern universities have done extensive research from hands-on programs in raising bobwhites for wildlife and commercial uses. Often their info can be freely downloaded off the Net.
