I hunt on a place where they don't let you shoot coyotes, over the years I could have tagged at least one.
I often see them trailing deer so they come right along my stand.
Any dead dog stories? spot

I shot one out west while hunting Mule deer about 17 years ago, using a Bighorn recurve. Just a fluke.
Not very big in body size IIRC.

No, but I did kill a bobcat one time. You talk about going ballistic when the arrow hit him!! It jumped around and turned flips around a thirty foot or so circle then died. It was quite a show. I have killed a couple of coyotes while muzzle load hunting for deer. miles
Look out for number 1, don't step in number 2.

Not yet but I will they are passing downwind and that seems to get them moving a little faster.

No coyote opportunities thus far but have taken two jackals with my bow.

I got a bobcat last year at 40 yds with mine. They do get acrobatic when hit with an arrow.

Shot one a few years back, saw him cross the road while driving into our spot. Had my brother slow down, I bailed out and he kept driving - I flanked the yote in the brush, when he stoped and looked away at the truck I smoked him. 30 yards into the boiler room, he ran a waise then piled up in a fence. I've had opportunities from blinds but that was the only one I closed the deal on while on foot.
