The posting count did not look any greater then here.

I see that with the formal support of Marlin gone the M/T crowd seems to be spread over many a site. I am just taking a wait and see. I hope a 'single' site gets most of the crowd. I really mis all the good info and support on the ol' M/T despite the trolls that were there.

I've decided to post only on greybeard and here. I don't want to abandon this site after Rickbin was gracious enough to offer a place for former MTers to go.

This is a great site with lots of good folks that are likeminded. There is a good amount of information exchanged for the good of all. I like a few other sites as well and will be contributing on those also. MT was my only forum and all that I knew. Now I have met lots more folks and am enjoying the different forums quite a bit more than being locked in to just one.

I agree. Like I said before, I still enjoy this forum and a few others. MT being dumped by Marlin might actually have been a good thing. I've been spending more time searching for other forums and I've found lots of them devoted to various other subjects of interest to me besides just Marlin firearms. I didn't bother to do that before, when I kept spending all my time at one place.
