Anybody have any experience having a Cowboy octagon barrel and full length mag tube put on a traditional 1895 pistolgripped frame?

Assuming you are asking about an 1895 Marlin the Marlin fatory will or at least they used to do Cowboy conversions. You need to contact them for the price and instructions. They will return all of your old parts. Typically includes, stock, barrel, trigger guard, labor and freight. IIR around $300.
