Is this unit still availble?

I purchased this unit for a friend nearly a month ago and still have not received it. Had good communication the first week but have heard nothing since. Have tried numerous times to contact the phone # but just get answering machine. This is the first time I have had this trouble at the campfire. Hope to hear something soon.
