Does anyone make pre fit recoil pads for Savage 99's ?

Are you referring to one of the postmils which came with factory recoil pads?

Anything fitted with a recoil pad aftermarket would have to be custom fit to however the smith cut the stock.

I have one in my parts bins that was on a 99F and molded to the contour of the stock butt shape. I removed it and put a metal one on in it's place. It must have been heated up when it was fitted. I guess an owner along the way wanted another inch or so on his LOP.

I was referring to an after market pad. My 99 EG has an old hard & brittle Pachmayr pad that the previous owner installed, and I wanted to replace it with a new one.

$65 to my gunsmith got an old, red, stiff recoil pad off of this 99T and a nicely fitted generic buttplate installed. Looks MUCH better, and the LOP didn't suffer much at all. Just another option..
