Is the G- Man a true patriots?
Are just in other right-winger radical loyal only to the Republican party (conservatives) and not his country?
Several facts, the G-man has lost his privileges of voting , possessing firearms in this country and is also a known criminal that served five years in prison with to my knowledge 8 felony convictions. He also is responsible for bringing down President Richard Nixon back during Watergate which was one of the biggest scandals this country's ever witnessed .

"Thank you for your service to our country! " G. Gordon Liddy 1994
All,
If there was never a man in this country that reinvented himself, it's this guy. Especially, considering the damage he personally done to president Richard Nixon. But moreover the turmoil this country went through during Watergate and right after I had returned from Vietnam. Everyone living today of that era can remember where they were at when people like JFK was assassinated , the first man on the moon 911 and so on. I can remember as if it was yesterday Richard Nixon reading his resignation over the radio, and how relieved myself and others were at the time. For the record, I personally believe president Richard Nixon was one of the greatest presidents this country ever had and if he would have been elected in 1960 over JFK Vietnam would never have gotten out of hand. I've always wondered what President Nixon would think about G. Gordon coining his phrase "Thank you for your service to our country"because of his love of country and a true patriot. Speaking only for myself as a veteran, Mr.Liddy has reinvented himself on blacks of veterans. And the fact is, I've never met another Vietnam veteran that wanted to hear this phrase ,because welcome home would sound whole lot better to the ear.
Footnote :
I've been a long time listener of G Gordon radio talk show starting in 94. and actually had a lot of respect for his intellect. At the same time if we all were brought up through private schooling, maybe we would not misspell are use poor programmer either. So I've always wondered why a man with such intellect would openly belittle another man or person because of being educated in a public school system. Moreover, recently he was asked how he would greet Hillary Clinton, and responded by saying and I quote " I'd enjoy making her feel uncomfortable" unquote. With such arrogance what in the world makes him think she would be uncomfortable. Please don't get me wrong I'm not a fan Mrs. Clinton's at the same time I wonder how many times she's openly displayed that level of arrogance towards him.

Matthias, There's probably something you better get used to, unlike our counterparts (the veterans of World War II and Korea) that turned their backs on us. Come November the veterans of Vietnam will send Junior Bush packing back to Texas. LOL

All,
The G-man opened his talk show today with a 13-year-old boy that called in to discuss the Marine Corps and being patriotic . Mr. Liddy, immediately use the example of Mr.Kerry being to together protesting with Jane Fonda as some kind of nonpatriotic act. However, he also failed to inform this young man this is a free liberty under our Constitution. Not to mention failing to inform this young man this happened after 68 in a time when even our country did not support the war. But moreover he failed to mention what he was going patriotic during this time in history and left the thirteen-year-old boy with the impression he was some kind of national hero.
One of the nice things about radios, you can turn them off. LOL

However, he also failed to inform this young man this is a free liberty under our Constitution. In the United States, when an American speaks of liberty, he means liberty from government interference. Liberty does not mean that you are guaranteed to be free from the natural consequences of your actions or statements. The natural consequence of supporting a traitor like Hanoi Jane Fonda is that people will call you a traitor, and rightly so.

What is really amazing, none of you have mentioned anything about defending a woman from someone( bully) who was trying to intimidate her in public, even though that woman might be Hillary Clinton. In my neck of the woods, Mr. Liddy would get some rats [bleep] stuff down his mouth and he would swallow regardless of what woman he was trying to make feel uncomfortable in public.

Larry,
You're starting to turn the tide. I can see the campfire boys falling one by one to your view of the world. Certainly tis due to your wit, your eloquence and your reasoning, to say nothing of your spelling and grammar check. I expect anyday now T Lee or TR Hawkeye or Matthias will start a write in effort for you to be on the ticket in November. The vets must me extremely proud of you. 1ak
P.S. Anyone need a bridge? Anyone?

"I expect anyday now T Lee or TR Hawkeye or Matthias will start a write in effort for you to be on the ticket in November. The vets must me extremely proud of you. 1ak" Hi! Hunter, Actually, I'm very mumbled by your suggestions and can only hope others see my opinions as a drifted vet. And I certainly would not want to give anyone the impression I'm speaking for anyone other than myself. I was only13years age when my older brother (my best friend) enlisted into the Marine Corps, and can remember as if it was yesterday him leaving home. Probably unlike a lot of other draftees, I was very well informed on his returned on what to do and not to stay alive. The key rule was (never volunteer). and during the longest two years of my life, I live by that rule. In regards to the others here you've mentioned, well all I can say they speak for themselves and more they do the better everyone understands what their all about. Considering your screen name Hunter, maybe you would like to read a short story I've written about one of my hunting experiences. Actually, right now there's three different national hunting magazines going to be publishing this story between now and fall. The link is attached below. http://www.whitetails.com/story57.html
