Gents, It's been a few years since I purchased any reloading manuals and would like to get a little more up to date. Can anyone confirm:
1.)#14 is their latest publication
2.)Publication date of #14
3.)Does it include 375 Ruger data (I already have my hunting load, but would like to read more about the caliber and some possible reduced loads for my wife and son).
Thanks,
Scott

1. Yes

2. April 2007

3. Unfortunately, No

JBM,
#14 is the most current. Print date on the Speer #14 is April 07, I got mine in June 07. Mine does not have the .375 Ruger. Although, I have looked at later printings of earlier versions and Speer has added cartridges to them, so if you are near a Cabela's you might want to check.
FYI: Of the new ones only the Nosler #6, Lyman #49, and Barnes #4 have data for the .375 Ruger.
Good shooting!
Marcus.

The Hodgdon annual has .375 data -- you can pick it up off the grocery store newstand. And LoadData.com has lots of data on most every cartridge out there, for $27.95 annually.

Be very careful about purchasing the Speer No. 14 Manual. Check the print date carefully and do not purchase the second printing June 2008. There is a binding error on page 292 and it skips to page 310 where it then jumps back to page 305. This error looses the first two pages or so of the 260 Remington data.
The second page of the 25 WSSM magnum is marked 260 Remington.
I have not called Speer as yet but hope to next week.
The book is a good one as it now lies flat on the table which is n improvement over the No. 13 book.

Hodgdon has all their data including 375 Ruger available on their website and you can download their basic manual for free.

This is probably a binding problem with your volume. I have just looked at mine and checked with my brother and both of our second printings are fine with all pages intact and in order.

Well I'll call Speer tomorrow and see if they will replace it.

If you get the chance check the 25WSSMand look up at the right side of the pages and see if it reads 25-06.

I don't care for the Speer #14, Nosler # 6 (which does have the 375 Ruger in it) is my preference of new manuals. gives most accurate powder tested and at what grain, also gives load density and over all maximum cartridege length which Speer does not give any of those. I have most of the newest reloading manuals plus some older ones and my preference is in this order. Nosler #6, Hornady #7, Sierra's newest and then Speer #14. Speers binding is weak. Also, Nosler #6 doesn't have any reduced load info.
