Have a Nosler 150gr Part load and a 154 IB load.IMR 7828 77 grains for the Nosler and 78 for the Hornady.Haven't found a better powder than 7828 for 150 grains and lighter.

Those velocities look more like 7RM speeds than STW but at least that gives you a place to start.

I usually run the 154IB to about 3300-3350fps via H1000...

Mine's in a 28" barrel, good for 3425 using Retumbo with the Swifts.

I'm still running the first generation Scirroco's. Are the "II's" any tougher?

It's amazing the different powder charges/combo results. Sierra lists velocities that are 200-300 fps faster and 2-4 grains higher than Nosler, but Sierra's listed powder charge is spot on with the Swift data listed above.
