I recently bought a Norinco Mod. 21 Plinkster L/A .22 lr. rifle and scope for a reasonable fee. I am 3rd owner, original owner bought it from Interarms prior to freeze on any more Chinese weapon imports. They are still available in Canada, and Australia New Zealand, where they appear to be popular for the cost of about $200.
2nd owner was selling since he stated it has so-so accuracy at 50 yds. Experimental shooting showed this rifle LOVES copper coated bullets (CCI Minimags). I have shot repeated 1 1/2 groups with this rifle with 4x scope.
So, if you get a chance to buy one at reasonable price , buy it. It looks like a Winchester 9422, and shoots like my Model 39A!
