I will open a new thread to buy the ammo and the quick strips (10 round strips that are used to quick reload magazines) for a price of $350. Only if those sell will I then entertain selling the rifle/scope rail and magazines for $1000 plus shipping. You can check the status of the ammunition by viewing my profile and going to the posts section. I will also update this thread when the ammunition sells.

I am the only owner to this rifle and as with all my guns it has been very well taken care. The rifle is in excellent condition 98%. It has had a low # of rounds through it as I remember buying and firing 200 rounds when I first bought it and then shot through time 410 rounds from the 1,000 round box of Black Hills ammunition you see here. Sadly, the rifle has sat for most of its life in my gun safe; I just don't shoot it much. I am funding for other projects and feel like this one can go. Asking $1350 plus shipping for everything and you will not pay more than what it cost to ship items (I would assume no more than $80-$100 to ship things out maybe less and if it is more than $100 I will foot the rest). The ammo and magazines alone would cost around $400-$450 so the rifle is hovering around $900 give or take a little.
I will ship the gun and the scope rail together and then the rest will be shipped out UPS ground. I will be using John's Sports Center of Pittsburg, KS, a local FFL gun store, to ship out the rifle. I will need your FFL dealer information and USPS money order before shipping. Sorry, but due to state gun laws I WILL NOT ship to California, Massachusetts, or the New York City area and will limit shipping to the lower 48 states unless arrangements are made. It is your responsibility to make sure that you can purchase this in correspondence to your state and local laws.

Thought I would mention this: some of the ammunition for some reason has tarnish on the brass while other rounds look clean. Each box seems to have a few that are like this. You can wipe off the tarnish with a rag if you want prior to shooting. I did this on a few and they cleaned up ok.
