<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> I bought a McPherson solo cam bow. 70#@29"draw. Only reason I bought it was that a friend developed a condition where as he could not draw it and had to go to a crossbow. He needed the money to buy the crossbow. The draw length is too long. I have basically three questions. Where can I find a manual? How can I shorten the draw? Can I shorten the string length? The listed srting length is 97 1/2" <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Thanks in advance for your <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/help.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/help.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/help.gif" alt="" />

Most any recent bows can have the draw length shortened on them. When you get a free minute, stop by a local archery shop and ask. You'll be able to tell real quick if they know what they're talking about. They may have a manual in there as well. Ebay is another good source for manuals. I've seen more manuals on there than anywhere else.
