Anyone have one of these or know where to get one? I've checked the collectors on the Lyman site and no luck
It's a patridge style front sight, for a Stevens 418 Walnut Hill target lever gun

You might get better results, if you ask in the Single Shot Rifle section, since the Walnut Hill isn't considered a levergun - it's an underlever single shot.
