What can you tell me about this trap gun. I found one new with a 34" barrel that fits me like a glove. I've been using a Browning Citori O/U Trap but have always wanted a single barrel.
I don't think Remington makes this model anymore. Any help will be appreciated.

jbmi, First, let me say that I have no experience with a 90T. I don't know anyone who shoots a 90T. But...
I have been impressed with them every time that I have picked one up. I could shoot some good scores with that gun. I even tried to get a friend to buy one and told him that if he ever wanted to get rid of it, I would give him what he paid for it. (And at the time, I had three 34" Perazzi's!)
I think they are a lot of gun for the money but I have no idea how durable they are. My take on your situation is that after 2-3000 targets, your scores in singles and handicap would go up, you would only be using your Citori for doubles, and you would wonder what took you so long to get a dedicated, single barrel trap gun. Thanks Ripsnort, I ended up buying it. I got it for a good price and it was brand new.
I will make a few adjustments to it over the winter, get rid of the silver center bead and replace it with an small ivory one, put an adjustable comb on it for better fit as well as looking at an adjustable butt.
I'm leaving the fixed choke alone until I shoot it a few rounds. Right now it's at .26 which makes it an improved modified just what I'm shooting with my Citori.
From what I see it's a great trap gun and buying it factory new gives me the options to make it what I want it to be. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Spoken like a true trap shooter (a.k.a. shotgun chopper). I thought it fit you like a glove. Do yourself a big favor and shoot your new 90T for the entire 2005 target year in it's pristine state and then think about mangling, I mean modifying, the gun. You'll thank me later for this unsolicited advice. Cheers, RS
