Just found out tonight that Magnum Research: http://www.magnumresearch.com/
is offering the "BFR" w/10" barrel in the 450 Marlin. What a set, Marlin's 450 guide gun, and the BFR revolver, both using the same cartridge.
Phil

You are allowed a wish list? I don't even dare think to mention to the wife what I would like.

Why bother when you can already get both a Marlin 1895GS and a BFR in 45/70?
[Linked Image]
[Linked Image]

Hey guys, when is Marlin going to come out with their guide-gun, 45-70 and 450 calibers with stainless hardware and glass/graphite/plastic stocks? The way I see it, the artificial stock would just be the cats meow for a stainless heavey rifle for use the 45-70 etc. were designed for.
