Well, as far as looks go I don't think the Edge stock gets much love. I have one, gray with Rick's black webbing and I'm happy with it. I have just ordered another gray one but would like to see some of the other options with or without webbing.
Can you guys post up some pics of yours?

Top one is a compact on my 1955 M70 fwt 30'06. The bottom one is my sako 75 .270 in regular sako pattern, both w/edge. I like em.

Seeing a photo of an EDGE stock is somewhat misleading. EDGE is a construction technique that can be applied to different patterns, but it is also a name given to a pattern (also known as the compact, when it is in standard construction.)
I have Echols' Legend stock in three different constructions--EDGE, standard fill and mag fill. They appear identical.

I guess I'm looking for the Carbon Fiber (Edge Technology Ultralight) Only offered in black, gray, brown and green, correct?
The model I currently have and that I duped for my new one is the Remington Hunters Edge.

With the exception of the backwards handle Buzz, that rifle is absolutely perfect.

Total weight as shown 6 pounds 7 ounces with a 23 inch Gaillard barrel. Trued 700 action, The muzzle is .650" and the barrel contour fairly stiff. It balances nicely the way it is. Built by Dennis Sorensen, BC.

Sako 85 .308 Finnlight. Pattern is Sako Classic with Edge construction. Very sharp rifle OCC. How do you like the feel/ergos of the Sako Classic pattern? I have one on order now but never seen one in person. I'm very anxious to see it.
