Is it possible this video was overdubbed with a joke monologue. I'm just having a hard time believing anyone like this could get elected, even in our time of Al Frankens, etc.

He's from Georgia. Like I said he replaced Cynthia McKinney, the same woman arrested at the capital because she refused to show ID. The same woman who asked NASA to steer the MARS rover over and take a pic of the flag the astronauts planted when they landed.....need I say more? Otto is my co-pilot.
