Specifically, M70s. I know that barrels for the Rem 700 can be swapped relatively easy. How about the M70s? Does the extractor cut cause problems when installing and headspacing?

Push-feed to push-feed and control-feed to control-feed is pretty easy. The control-feed barrels have coned breech cuts, so that portion of the barrel needs to be removed to fit them to a push-feed action.
