I just read where Federal is bringing out a 55 grain Fusion 22/250 load. Wondering if anyone's seen them yet?
Many thx

I havent seen them. Saw they came out with 223 loads. Its about time they did for the 22-250. This is the first i have heard of it and now Im for sure going to have to try some out. If they shoot and perform anything like the 130gr 270 loads shoot out of both my ruger hawkeyes, they will be awesome!

Hopefully they work as well as the old 55 grain Winchester soft point load. I used that one to take my first half dozen or so mulies/pronghorn and it worked great.

Dan, I think JB had a one liner about 22-250's and eastern Montana but maybe I'm wrong?
Ingwe, those elusive internet deer are tough....(grin)
Speaking of tough critters, I decapitated a gopher the other day with a 175 SMK. Walked up the hole to inspect the carnage but only found one little scrap of hide near the hole but no goph. Figured that's weird cause I knew it was a direct hit on the noggin so I played badger in the wet ground and dug him out with a spade shovel. Little bastid made it about 2 feet back down the hole without a head! (trophy pics to follow...)

I saw them online and think they should be great for my daughter's hunting this year. Fusions in my .270 shoot and perform well on deer/pigs.

I've seen waaaayyy to many hogs killed with them to say they aren't effective at killing game (22-250). I even shot one meself with a pea-shooter (.22 Mag.) while I was coyote hunting. I wanted to shoot a milk jug first, but Browning had come thru and collected them all to melt into stocks.
