Guys,
Here is a real "time machine"- a relatively rare 1970-73 Weaver Classic 400 series 4x scope.. in absolutley new , unused condition with the box and packaging. Not a mark on the scope anywhere- absolutely perfect. Perfect lenses as well.
These scopes were the series of Aluminum tubed scopes made to compete head to head with the other scope makers such as Redfeild and Leupold.. Weaver pulled out all the stops on these scopes- their best lenses, beautifull hard anodised tubes and the elaborate display packaging.
The scope is 11.5 " long and weighs a scant 8 ounces.
The optics are as good as anything that ever came out of El Paso on a 4x scope. I compared this scope to a mint early 1980s K-4 and this scope was every bit as good .
This scope needs to go to someone who would appreciate it. It would make great scope for any vintage rifle.
My price is $95 in ConUS. The price is firm. PayPal is preferred.

Thanks!
