A while back a number of you were good enough to help out with efforts to make pallatable boar sausage. We combined a number of suggestions ( primarily increasing the ratio of fat ) and have come up with several darned good recipes. Never did try the octopus sausage, though <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" />
My buddy and I enjoy the sausage making as our ladies leave us alone and we can enjoy some real free-form BS'n for an afternoon. It's even better when the end product is good enough to share with friends.
