Does anybody make a 10mm conversion barrel for the Glock 23, and can I use 10mm mags in G23? I like the 10mm ballistics, but Glock doesn't make a compact 10mm, they only make the G20 (full size) and G29(subcompact).

I'm pretty sure that the G23 mag is smaller in both width and front to back dimensions.

I'm also not sure if the smaller mass of the G23 slide and the smaller ejection port are compatible with the more energetic and longer cartridge of the 10mm.

That's what I was wondering. I've seen conversion barrels for the G26 that would have it shoot 40S&W, just haven't seen 10mm barrels for the 23.....

Nope.
10mm round is too long for a G23 magazine.
Glock's 10mm slides are also quite heavy.
I don't have the exact figures, but I would imagine that the G29 slide(close dimensionally to the 23) would weigh several ounces more than the slide of the G23.

You're welcome!
You know, even though it won't run the 10mm, the G23 is still quite versatile.
You can, with the correct barrels, shoot either 9X19 or 357 SIG From the 23-with the 357 you can also use the magazines from the 23.

I recently bought a 10mm to 40S&W conversion barrel from Lone Wolf. It works like a champ and it's accurate as hll. Check their web site. If they don't make it, it can't be had.

Sure, you can convert a 10mm Glock(20 or 29) to 40 SW with the right barrel, but not a 40 cal weapon to 10mm.
