Bart, a public thanks to you for your very good and very generous gift. My wife, Granddaughter and about a third of the junior class of Grays Creek High School would like to extend their thanks also. These kids have been in school together since Kindergarten. I use to do old time and native craft shows for them in grade school. Jerky was always a big hit. What with all the stuff that has been instituted since 9/11 I have had to stop that. Wasnt a week that would go by that my Granddaughter wouldnt bring home with a request from school for some jerky. I managed to grab a few pieces before it went off to school. Thank you and your Pop so very much.

Thanks Pete! You are very welcome, that sourdough was a wonderful gift that my family will use for years to come. If anyone here wants a sourdough starter, hit crawfish up,he even sends instructions and you will not be sorry. Thanks again,I'm glad that you enjoyed it.
