appetizer- three venison sticks (the last of the last)

main course- turkey and bacon sandwich

to drink- vending machine Moutain Dew

for dessert- heartburn ala venison stick

Feeling fine my appetite is way off since the surgery and I don't force feed me. I have lost 18 pounds and that is a good thing.

I have lost 13 pounds in just over 4 weeks, and that is not a good thing, or so my Doctor says. I'm just tired of my clothes falling off me....

I can't cook for just me... It's something I've not been able to do since I left my ex-wife...
The weeks I don't have my son,I eat frozen stuff liks Stouffers and Hungry-Man Chicken pot pies...
Cooking for one is hard to do...
