OK that's all I've ever seen. I thought maybe there was some language that specifically addressed what constituted "from" the vehicle. Can I ask what RHPF is? I rarely find something worth shooting in a location where the vehicle is handy as a rest.

The general regulations chapter dated April 22, 2010 shows the same shooting hours as usual (1/2 hour before sunrise...1/2 hour after sunset).

Nikka, you are right, I looked it up on the Wyoming Fish and Game website. General Hunting regulations, 2-4, section 5. When I was up there in October with my friend who lives up there, he had a "hard copy" of the regulations and was telling me about the change. I didn't believe it until I read it myself.

Yeah, I was just looking at that, I know this is an old thread, but I don't see where this was ever changed. My 2009, 2010, 2011 antelope regs say half hour before sunrise and so do the 2012 general regs.
