Whitetail @ 70, 80, 120, 50, 70. Four different calibers; didn't matter.
Some are listing varmints, so coyotes @ 40 and 120ish. Fifth caliber...
I need to hunt more, piddle with guns less.

5. Mule deer - 65 yards MZ (stalked from 300)
4. Mule deer - 40 yards MZ
3. Caribou - 50 yards - 300 win mag, 180 gr nos part.
2. Sitka Blacktail 80 yards - '06, 180 gr nos part.
1. Caribou - 175 yards - '06, 180 gr nos part.
As luck would have it, most all of my shots have been up close and personal and I've only missed one animal in my last six shots on game.
The one miss was this past fall with my MZ on a nice muley buck at 117 yards. I sent the bullet exactly where I was aiming - I just aimed at the wrong spot. I was using my TC Omega with a 1x scope and I couldn't quite see the entire buck standing in the shadows. I could see his head, rack and the white patch on his neck and chest clearly - the rest was a blur. I aimed down and to the right of his neck patch - bang, clean miss. After the shot I realized why I missed. I thought he was standing broadside but the white patch on his chest would not have been visable on broadside shot - he was facing me dead on. My mistake.
I might have rushed things a bit, but with five bucks staring at me I was afraid to take a second look with my binoculars to confirm what I couldn't see through my 1x scope. My oldish eyeballs let me down.

Not sure why I carry a range finder - all 5 of mine added together would still be under 400 yds. Never even thought about it until now - good thread!

All blacktail bucks, all still-hunting, average range about 30-35 yards, longest under 75 yards.

Wasn't until I compiled this list that I realized I hadn't shot a deer or elk in 4 years.
