I just picked up a Marlin 308MX LNIB with a LNIB Bushnell Elite 3200, Claw Sling and 3 boxes of LeverEvolution 160's. Did I do good on the deal? How is the performance of this round on Deer? Does anyone load this round with Barnes TTSXs? (I know I could only have 1 in chamber and one in the mag but I think this could come alive with 130s) Thanks Robert

You got the scope and ammo free, and a bargain on the rifle.
Most standard, used 336's around here are $399.

Priced new you've got about $50.00 - $60.00 in the mount/rings, $225.00 in the scope, $25.00 (or more) per box in the ammo, $28.00 for the sling, plus the value of the rifle. I think you did damn good!
Ps If a 30/30 or 35 REM will perform on a deer, I think your .308 MX will perform better.

Unless I'm missing something you didn'y state what you paid for it so it's kind of hard to determine if it was a good deal or not.

Very good deal. It's a great rifle. You will love it. I use mine for deer and yotes. Great performance and accuracy.
Fall seven times, stand up eight.

Looks like you paid less than half price for the works.
Rifle new lists for $550, Bushy 3200 3-9x is close to $200, ammo is $26 per box, 1 piece base and rings another $40+, claw sling $26.

The Bushnell 3200's are being blown out on closeout for $140 but you still did darn good on it.
