Well, a picture is worth a thousand...
Seems no one has heard of it or you would have had a response by now.

Last page in the misc. section of the sight book. Shows a picture and states 1996...that is all.

Thanks for the lesson!
It looks like it's windage adjustable too.

I have an example of one with the 'universal mount' - it requires adding a least one screw hole on anything you would mount it on. They are a very simple design, the windage is set by loosening the lower knurled nut and sliding it, no clicks or even tension on it; the lines are not marked so you have to be careful when loosening it so it doesn't move or you basically start all over. Elevation is set by turning the post in or out - it's just a threaded round, you line it up just by 'eye'. The parts look well made even thought they are really basic, I still would suggest spending more for something else. The sight disk has a very small thread, the hole is also small and I think to drill it out much would weaken it to much or even break through.

Thanks for the information guys. Had never seen one before. Assumed they were later production. GW

So! Gene slams it out of the Park again!!
Not sure why someone would take a run at this in the late '90s with all of the other stuff available?

No run Lightfoot, just seeking information on the sight as I was unfamiliar with it. I prefer the Lyman 30 1/2. The owner called and has a basement full or vintage ammo, various sights, scope mounts and etc. Already had sold three other tang sights for 99"s. Needed the information when I go to look. GW

I was referring to the manufacturer, not your interest in the sight.
