Newbie question here as Im not too familiar with lever actions. What I want to know is can a Winchester 94 30-30 be rebarreled and customized to shoot 45/70, 450 Marlin or 500 S&W?

As far as I know, a M94 won't.

But, I may be wrong.

I believe the M94 can't handle the case size in the first two, Pressure and possibly case size for your 3rd suggestion. The action was built around 38-55 size cases, which would preclude the first two, and the action is limited to about 42kpsi, in which case the S&W round spec is 60kpsi.

This applies to the standard M94 action, I have absolutely no experience with the Big Bore version.
